Reassembly Of The Millennium Telescope
By late 2022, the mirrors of the Millennium Telescope (MMT) had degraded due to exposure to the atmosphere, and were in poor condition. Following discussion at a committee meeting on 09 December 2022, John Wainwright transported the mirrors to Galvoptics for resilvering. On 13 February 2023, at Newbourne Village Hall, members of OASI reconstructed the MMT and installed the re-silvered mirrors.
